Return Policy

We aim at protecting ATLAND custmoers’ rights and interests.

If the following situation happens when you receive the package, you can request to refund the money or exchange the goods within 30 days from the date you receive the package. (The receiving date is subject to the signing date).
1.The received goods do not comply with the picture and description on ATLAND website.
2.The received parcel (goods) is damaged.
Special Note: Please do check the parcel condition before signing on the airway bill. If the parcel (goods) has got damaged, please do not make signature and inform of us in time. Or if you have made signature by personal negligence, parcel can’t be returned.
3.The goods get damaged naturally within 15 days after your receipt, not including caused by any damage from man-made strike or ill environmental factors or natural disasters.

If any of the above situations happens, you can request to refund the money or exchange the goods. ATLAND affords the freight caused by this.
